BLACKBIRD VINEYARDS GARNERS THE HIGHEST BID OF THE EVENING AT THE FEAST OF EDEN EVENT

Top Lot!

(Napa, California) - The Land Trust of Napa County gathered at Hudson Vineyards Estate on July 29, 2006 in the Carneros area of Napa, California for the third annual Feast of Eden, an event to benefit organization's land preservation work.

The dinner and auction raised $200,000 with the largest grossing lot being sold for $21,000. The winner of this phenomenal package, 'Five Nights of the Iguana,' were whisked away to a luxurious Puerto Vallartan estate on a private jet in owner-class service provided by XOJet, all the while enjoying the incredible wines of Blackbird Vineyards.

"We worked hard to organize a fun package that would also raise a lot of money for such a worthy cause. We could not have been more excited to learn that it was the top lot of the night! It's an exciting time for Blackbird Vineyards with our second vintage being released this November. We look forward to participating in more events such as this," says Polenske, Proprietor of Blackbird Vineyards.
