Account Updates

To edit your account information, including your billing information and address, please Log In here and navigate to My Account. Your "My Account" Page includes a list of your Previous and Processing Orders, in addition to your account Profile, where you can make changes to your Personal Information, Account Password, and Marketing Subscriptions. The Membership page includes details for your current Blackbird Vineyards Memberships. There are also pages for your Shipping and Billing Addresses, Payment Methods, and a Customer Service Portal should you require additional assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Adult signatures are required for all wine shipments from Blackbird Vineyards. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure successful delivery. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.

Wine Will Call

Will Calls pick-ups for your wine purchase are available at Blackbird Vineyards’ warehouse in Napa, California, at 831 LaTour Court Suite D Napa, CA 94558, 707.252.4444.

To ensure that we have your wine on hand, please note that we request you schedule an appointment for pickup at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to expedite pick up appointments if possible, and please reach out to us by email to make your appointment, or give us a call at707.252.4444.

Blackbird Vineyards Membership Updates & Customization

To change your Blackbird Vineyards membership information, including your billing information, address, membership upgrades or other changes, please contact or call us at 707.346.3961.

All membership changes and updates are required at least one week before member-shipment processing. A reminder email will always precede an upcoming shipment, providing you ample time to make updates. It is your responsibility to update relevant information to ensure a proper, timely delivery. To avoid delayed and potentially returned shipments, we request you make every attempt to ship to a business address so that the wines can be signed for upon delivery.

Please note, Blackbird Vineyards will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines and reserves the right to charge any additional fees resulting from any misdirected wines.

BlackMail Membership is completely customizable.

Membership Cancellation

Blackbird Vineyards Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled after receiving your second shipment and with a 7-day notice via email, phone or in person. If a wine shipment is scheduled within the 7-day period of cancellation, it will be processed and shipped as your final shipment.

Please Note: All custom changes must be requested at least two weeks prior to an upcoming shipment. Any changes made within two weeks of an upcoming shipment will take effect in the following shipment.
